A restrictive list of 1,567 models was published on July 5. All pacs not appearing on this list cannot claim CEE bonuses.
The decree of July 2 establishing the list of heat pump models approved for quality and industrial resilience was published in the Official Journal on July 5. He draws up a restrictive list of heat pump models which meet the requirements of decree no. 2026-413 of May 29, 2026 relating to the examination of applications for approval of heat pump models in terms of quality and industrial resilience.
A restrictive list
THE heat pumps that are not on this list do not entitle you to CEE bonuses in the standardized operation sheets BAR-TH-171 “Air/water type heat pump” and BAR-TH-172 “Water/water or brine/water type heat pump”. Several French heat pump manufacturersincluding Novensi SAS (Novency brand, air/water heat pump), Airwell (air/water heat pump), Géothermik (water/water heat pump), do not appear in this first list. The text of the decree of July 2 is presented with two annexes:
– the first contains the list of approved pacs ;
– The second annex lists the PACs which are the subject of an investment plan and which therefore benefit from transitional approval; Annex II specifies, for each heat pump modelthe period of validity of the transitional approval.

In this first list, the Vosges-based Novenci SAS does not appear, because its heat pumps sold under the Novency brand have not yet obtained Keymark marking. It is in progress. © PP
