Artificial Intelligence is no longer a technology reserved for large companies or digital sectors: today it represents a concrete tool also for professional technical firms, capable of supporting daily activities such as the drafting of reports, specifications, safety documents, land registry and construction practices, up to communication with customers and Public Administration.
Course objectives and accreditations
The course has a highly practical and results-oriented approach. The objective is not to explain AI in the abstract, but to show how to use it concretely in the technical office, improving operational efficiency and reducing document drafting times. At the end of the course, participants will be able to:
- understand how Artificial Intelligence works and what its real limits and potential are in technical work;
- use AI for the assisted drafting of reports, specifications and safety documents (DVR, POS, PSC);
- simplify cadastral, building and urban planning practices (DOCFA, PREGEO);
- improve formal communication with customers and Public Administration (PEC, letters, estimates);
- integrate AI with professional tools such as CAD, BIM and management software, through targeted technical prompts.
Participants will be provided with educational material and a certificate of participation.
Structure and contents
The course is divided into three training sessions of three hours each, and progressively accompanies participants from the introduction to AI to its integration into professional workflows. The program addresses, among others, the following topics:
- the basic principles of Artificial Intelligence and the “3 Ts of AI” (model training, user training, token);
- technical prompting to obtain useful and contextualized answers;
- the automation of the drafting of reports, specifications and safety documents;
- assisted management of land registry practices and technical planning (timetables and Gantt charts);
- the integration of AI into CAD, BIM and management workflows;
- the use of AI to support the firm’s technical and organizational decisions.
The approach is always based on concrete examples and real cases, designed to be immediately replicable in daily work.
