Condominium survival: a manual with solutions to recurring problems

Emma Potter

The news and the cases pending in court – in addition to our numerous articles on the topic – tell us that Condominium living is often a source of discussion: the abuse of common areas, the division of expenses, issues with the administrator, expenses, but also living with the smell of fried food or with the neighbors' dog – it could go on for hours.

The text – edited by Luca Santarelli, lawyer and journalist with extensive “in the trenches” experience in the world of condominiums – is written in a clear and comprehensible way to everyone (and not in “legal jargon”), to be useful for orienting yourself in condominium problemsand to provide the key to solving the most recurring problems.

The volume will be presented Saturday 16 March 2024 (from 10.30 am) at the Art and Culture Center in Piazza San Giovanni 7 in Florence.
