After the closing, in Bologna, of the very successful 60th edition of SAIE – The Construction Fair: design, construction, systems, we look ahead: the fair will return next year to Bari, at the Fiera del Levante (from 21 to 23 October 2027), and then again to Bologna in 2028.
In the meantime, the technical conference organized by SAIE will be held on 4 November 2026 at The Nicolaus Hotel in Bari Urban Regeneration: between Housing Wellbeing and Structural Safety. The initiative will bring SAIE back to Bari after the success of the 2025 trade fair edition, which registered 512 exhibitors and 31,728 visitors, confirming the importance of Central-Southern Italy for the development of the construction sector.

The themes
How can we intervene on the existing building stock to make it safer, more efficient and sustainable? Which technologies, design tools and intervention models can concretely contribute to the transformation of cities and the improvement of the quality of living?
Starting from these challenges, the conference will bring together professionals, businesses, institutions, associations and operators in the supply chain for a day of technical updating, in-depth analysis and discussion on the prospects of urban regeneration.
