A historic player in ventilation in collective housing, VTI is involved in the Rénov’acteurs 2026 Tour to raise awareness of the crucial issues of indoor air quality and energy performance.
VTI is part of the dynamic of the Rénov’acteurs 2026 Tourthus confirming its reference role in theworld of ventilation dedicated to the energy renovation of collective buildingsa positioning forged by more than four decades of industrial expertise and continuous innovation.
On the occasion of this second edition, the manufacturer intends to deploy an active presence in the heart of the territories, by meeting, in more than seventeen basins, local authorities, institutional actors as well as professionals in the field, in an approach that is both educational and operational.
As a reminder, VTI – for Ventilation, Technicity, Innovation – celebrates four decades of expertise in the field of low-pressure ventilation, historically dedicated to collective buildings built before 1982, a segment in which the company has established itself as a key player with a portfolio of more than twenty-three solutions. In a logic of strategic expansion, the manufacturer took a new step in 2024 by investing in the high-pressure ventilation market, with the launch of its first VMC SUPAIR’VENT solution, designed to meet the renovation challenges of buildings post-1982.

Bringing the voice of ventilation to the heart of territorial dynamics
On a national scale, territories are intensifying their efforts to accelerate energy renovation and adapt their built stock to contemporary climate imperatives, placing their actions in a trajectory where environmental performance and resilience become inseparable. It is in this context that the Rénov’acteurs tour stands out as a revealer of local initiatives, highlighting these exemplary approaches where experimentation, innovation and operational support structure the transformation of buildings.
Building on the success encountered during its first edition, this itinerant system returns in 2026 with a significantly strengthened ambition: to promote the commitment of those who, on the ground, concretely shape energy renovation – elected officials, technicians, architects, trustees, design offices, craftsmen, industrialists or even energy stakeholders – while promoting the connection of local ecosystems around structuring projects. The challenge is explicit: intensify synergies between public, private and institutional spheres, while showcasing proven solutions and inspiring territorial successes.

Convinced that the performance of renovation operations is based on a global and systemic approach to the building, VTI naturally chose to be part of this collective dynamic. “Energy renovation today constitutes a strategic project for the territories. By joining the Rénov’acteurs tour, we intend to foster dialogue between local stakeholders and remind people that ventilation remains an essential lever to guarantee renovations that are both sustainable, efficient and favorable to the health of occupants.“, underlines Eric Fraissethe general director of VTI.
A national mobilization to reaffirm the strategic role of ventilation
From March to July 2026, VTI is part of the roaming of the Rénov’acteurs tourwhich will stop in seventeen territories with the stated ambition of fostering dialogue between energy renovation stakeholders. This field presence aims to meet local and territorial authorities, institutional actors – ALEC, ADIL, AREC, etc. –, and energy renovation professionals – architects, design offices, AMOs, financing players, industrialists and construction companies.
Through these exchanges, the ventilation specialist intends to speak clearly and structured around issues that are still too often relegated to the background in rehabilitation operations: those of ventilation and indoor air qualityyet inseparable from the overall performance of the building.
As recalled Eric Fraissewe “cannot consider an energy renovation without fully integrating the issue of air renewal. Insulating without ventilation amounts to displacing, or even aggravating, certain disorders, while altering the quality of indoor air. Ventilation is now essential as a public health issue, but also as a structuring lever to guarantee the sustainable performance of buildings and their adaptation to climate change.“.
From this perspective, the company intends to reaffirm several fundamental principles:
– insulate without ventilating can generate new disorders in buildings;
– There indoor air quality is a major health issueparticularly in collective housing;
– There ventilation contributes to adaptation to climate changenotably by improving summer comfort and humidity management;
– It is also about responsibility of manufacturers such as VTI to design ever more efficient systemsreconciling air quality and energy performance.
SOLUCOP, first operational showcase of the 2026 Tour
After an inaugural press conference organized on February 17 at the Hôtel de la Questure of the National Assembly, the Rénov’acteurs tour begins its field phase with support from the SOLUCOP exhibitionreference meeting dedicated to co-owners, trustees and building managers. Two first stages will structure this launch: Strasbourg on March 19, then at Toulouse on April 2.
In this context, VTI will highlight a particularly extensive offering, designed to respond to the diversity of configurations encountered in the renovation of collective buildings.. The manufacturer is thus deploying a complete range of solutions – low pressure, high pressure VMC and connected devices – capable of adapting to both old properties and more recent constructions, whether low-rise or high-rise buildings.
Already positioned as leader in the low pressure segment, VTI also intends to promote its new generation of high pressure systems, developed to respond precisely to the technical constraints specific to rehabilitation operations with SUPAIR’VENT and SUPAIR’VENT COMPACT.
