Update March 4, 2026: After only a month from the opening of Heat carrier for the request for the incentives provided by the Conto Termico 3.0, the GSE has communicated the temporary suspension of the submission of new requests. The applications received in this first short period total around 1.3 billion euros, compared to an annual availability of 900 million euros (500 million for private individuals and businesses and 400 million for the PA).
The suspension was therefore adopted on a prudential basis to allow the GSE to carry out the investigation and verification activities of the applications already submitted, “in order to guarantee the sustainability of the financial commitments”, we read in the press release. Which concludes by stating that the portal “will be reactivated as soon as the necessary operational checks have been completed”. We await updates.

February 3, 2026: From 12:00 yesterday, February 2, 2026, the Portaltermico 3.0 for requesting the incentives provided by the Conto Termico 3.0. The Heat carrier it is accessible among the Energy Efficiency services of the GSE Customer Area. Let’s see how it works with the official GSE guide, and what are the useful resources to know everything about the Thermal Account 3.0.
Portaltermico 3.0: how it works
The Portaltermico 3.0now open, allows you to:
- view all the buildings and requests for which you are the Responsible Party, by accessing the “buildings” section;
- operate on behalf of other Responsible Persons as Delegated Person.
To access the portal you need to follow these steps:
- Access the GSE Customer Area home page;
- Choose the Operator based on the type of Subject (Delegate or Manager);
- Select the CT 3.0 service from the section Energy efficiency;
- Click on the blue icon, highlighted in the screen, to access the CT3 portal.
