CSR: the Léon Grosse group retains the Platinum EcoVadis medal

Léon Grosse obtains the Platinum medal from EcoVadis for his CSR commitment, confirming the solidity of his transformation strategy as well as the strengthening of his objectives for 2030.

Committed since 2020 to a fundamental transformation, the Léon Grosse group reaches the highest level of EcoVadis recognitionwithin a panel of nearly 130,000 companies evaluated worldwide. This progression of its score reflects the maturity of a CSR approach fully integrated into its strategy and now delivering results. This distinction constitutes a key step for the group, which has just renew its CSR commitment framework such as raising its ambitions by 2030, thus confirming the trajectory undertaken in terms of environmental, social and ethical responsibility.

As a reminder, Léon Grosse is a diversified construction group organized around five areas of activity: Construction, Energy Renovation, Facades, Heritage and Real Estate. With a historic foothold in France and a network of 65 agencies, it now deploys its expertise on a European scale.

In 2025, Léon Grosse achieved a turnover of €950 million.

A dynamic of commitment launched since 2020

Since 2020, the Léon Grosse group has initiated a dynamic of structuring transformationlong-term and gradually reinforced through measurable objectives. This trajectory is reflected today in leading recognition, at the highest level of international evaluations.

EcoVadis evaluates the ambition, the means to monitor and deploy it, and the results obtained in four areas:

– the environment ;

– Social issues and human rights;

– Ethics;

– Responsible purchasing.

In 2026, the Group achieved an overall score of 88/100, an increase of +15 points compared to 2024 and +22 points compared to 2020, while the construction sector average stands at 57/100. This performance places him in the top 1% of companies best evaluated in the world in terms of CSR by EcoVadisconfirming the solidity of a strategy now fully integrated into all businesses.

This Platinum distinction complements the “Engaged CSR” label – Exemplary level – awarded by theAFNOR in September 2025. A dual recognition, relatively rare, which attests both to the maturity of an approach audited as close as possible to the field and to the Group’s ability to meet the extra-financial excellence challenges of the most demanding clients.

Léon Grosse strengthens its CSR strategy with a clear course for 2030

There recognition awarded by EcoVadis salutes the structuring commitments and the results obtained by Léon Grosse since 2021 in terms of social responsibility, while consolidating a trajectory now fully oriented towards 2030. It confirms the coherence of a dynamic committed to the long term and integrated into the group’s strategy.

Broken down into three areas of action and structured around twelve quantified objectives, the new CSR commitment framework covers all of the company’s activities and mobilizes all of its stakeholders – customers, partners, suppliers and employees – in a logic of co-responsibility and continuous improvement.
