Financial endowment and assignment criteria

The overall financial resources available for this new round amounted to € 323.417.741.60as indicated in the Directorial Decree and confirmed by the Mase Management General Management of the Financial Management. These funds will be distributed between registers and rods according to the criteria indicated in art. 5, paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Ministerial Decree 436/2023, which provide for a proportionality linked to power contingents.

In particular, if the requests for registration to the registers are lower than the available contingent and those for the higher auctions, the residual power will be reallocated To encourage the scrolling of the rankings in compliance with the overall resources available.

Requirements and limitations for the presentation of requests

It is important to emphasize that, as clarified in art. 1, paragraph 2 of the directorial decree n. 123/2025, the owners of projects that are in a useful position in the rankings approved with the decrees nos. 249 and 250 of 30 November 2024 they will not be able to renounce the acquired position to reappear demand on the same projects.

The new questions will therefore have to concern exclusively different projects from those already welcomed in the first selection phase. The technical conditions, the subjective requirements and the methods of participation remain regulated by the Ministerial Decree 436/2023 and by the operating rules connected to it.

Objectives of the program and future prospects

The relaunch of the procedure is part of the broader context of the 1.1 investment of mission 2, component 2 of the PNRR, dedicated to the development of the agrivoltaic.

The goal is encourage the construction of photovoltaic systems that integrate agricultural activity without compromising the use of landpromoting a sustainable and multifunctional energy model.

The target set by Ministerial Decree 436/2023 involves the installation of At least 1.04 GW of Potenza and one Energy production of 1,300 GWh/year by 30 June 2026. The reopening of the terms, therefore, represents a concrete opportunity for agricultural enterprises, consortia and entrepreneurial subjects operating in the energy sector to actively contribute to the ecological transition, benefiting from lost -end contributions or forms of incentive provided in the framework of the PNRR.
