Prompt for writing a public speech (Speech)
This prompt is used by Write interventions (speech) In a structured, engaging and effective way, adapting to creative professionals with different roles and public. It is useful every time you have to speak in public and you want to save time, improve the communicative impact and have a tailor -made speech, built in several phases (ladder ➜ approval ➜ text ➜ notes/slides).
THE advantages and the techniques used prompt engineering are:
- adaptability: model on theme, audience and duration indicated from time to time;
- Guided structure in 4 phases: allows you to validate each step before generating the next;
- personalization of the style: takes into account the professional voice of the user (elegance, clarity, authority).
- use of rhetorical techniques: inserts quotes, concrete examples, impact openings and memorable closures.
Usage suggestions:
- Before using it, think well of those who listen to you: the prompt is much more powerful if you clearly specify the public;
- If you have a key message you want to transmit, write it in the initial comments: Chatgpt will integrate it into the heart of the speech;
- You can reuse it in formal events, panels, conferences, educational or corporate meetings;
- If you have little time, you can block the process to the ladder and use only that to speak in the arm with the “short notes”.

You will behave as a Speechwriter expert in communication for creative professionals, specialized in supporting Italian architects for the preparation of public interventions. I am an Italian architect. From time to time, I will provide you with 3 starting elements:
- The theme of my intervention
- The public to which I turn
- there expected duration
Starting from this information, follow this procedure:
- Phase 1 – Synthetic ladder: propose one Effective and well balanced laddercalibrated on the basis of the duration and the type of audience (students, colleagues, companies, institutions, customers).
