Bonus in construction – from choice to litigation
The volume is intended as an operational guide to allow professionals and technicians in the sector to navigate the varied ecosystem of building bonuses, which have been the subject of complex legislative interventions several times but which now seem to have found their systemic stabilization. The discussion is structurally constructed in an organic way, so as to accompany the reader in the examination of the different facets that make up the individual application cases of the interest bonus, also taking into account the financing provided for by the PNRR. The text examines the regulation and functioning of bonuses and superbonuses also in the condominium context, going into depth on the condominium context, in particular on the assembly quorums, the operational process, the clarifications on the works on common and private parts, the guarantees and the administrator’s obligations.
