Construction site credit licence: how to obtain it
Here you are how to get a digital driving license to operate on construction sites.
- Register on the National Labor Inspectorate Portal to submit the application for the digital driving licence.
- Provide a self-certification certifying possession of the following requirements:
- registration with the Chamber of Commerce;
- Valid Single Contribution Regularity Document (DURC);
- Risk Assessment document (DVR), in the cases provided for by law;
- Fiscal Regularity certification;
- the Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) has been designated.
Ensure worker training
To comply with legislation regarding training it is necessary:
- ensure that all workers, managers and supervisors have completed mandatory training regarding safety at work, as required by Legislative Decree no. 81/2008;
- verify that training is continuously updated and documented for each employee.
Monitor the score
Hold the score monitored of the license:
- starting from an initial score of 30 credits it will be necessary to maintain a minimum of 15 credits to continue operating on construction sites;

Communication to workers and stakeholders
After submitting the digital driving license application, it is mandatory inform the Workers’ Safety Representatives (RLS)within 5 days, and third parties: ensuring that any subcontractors or self-employed workers involved in the projects comply with the same safety provisions and that they have a driving license or equivalent document.
