The Points License in Construction Sites
The Credit License on construction sites or, better, the “business qualification system” is an effective method of accrediting the most virtuous companies in terms of prevention. With the publication of the decree of 18 September 2024, n. 132, the system (in force from 1 October 2024) requires companies, self-employed workers, employers and safety managers to implement all control and monitoring activities to guarantee the safety of workers on construction sites. This text represents the “instructions for use” necessary to effectively manage the application of the new regulatory provision and provides support to address the critical issues present in the text of the law. The text proposes the analysis of the legislation and how to activate and manage the points license; it contains the complete list of conformities and the indications of the responsibilities of the various actors involved (employer, manager, supervisor, self-employed worker). The text is completed by a convenient Excel file for operational use with the manager/counter of the deductions.
