He carries out consultancy and training activities for public and private entities on the programming and use of national and community resources, design, tender procedures, works management, implementation, management, maintenance and monitoring of works in addition to the realization of interventions for the defense of the land, territorial enhancement and environmental sustainability. He is the author of numerous volumes on public works, contracts and environmental problems.
