The Solar & Storage Live show was held at the Parc des Expositions du Bourget on October 14 and 15, 2026. This is the second edition of this event which brings together manufacturers and distributors.
Publi-Information
There drop of cost of the panels photovoltaic And of the batteries redraw the equation economic of solar. At Living room Solar & Storage Live, THE manufacturers have put in Before of the solutions For produce, store And consume any further electricity on place, SO that THE hindsight of the helpers has there resale strengthens interest of self-consumption.
Photovoltaic And storage : self-consumption exchange there given
About photovoltaicsthe context is particular. THE prices of photovoltaic panels have fallen by 30% since 2020, going from €2.50/Wp to around €1.80/Wp according to Solar Potential. In 2026, their price has stabilized. For domestic customers, the price including tax of a photovoltaic installation on the roof varied from €6,000 to €8,000 for 3 kWp, from €10,000 to €13,000 for 6 kWp and from €14,000 to €17,000 for 9 kWp.
At the same time, the global average price of lithium-ion batteries hit an all-time low of $108 per kWh, and residential stationary storage fell about 45% year-over-year to around $70 per kWh. In France, an LFP (Lithium-Iron-Phosphate) battery with a capacity of 5 kWh costs between €800 and €3,000, excluding installation. For a capacity of 15 kWh, installed prices in France generally range between €9,000 and €15,000, i.e. an average overall installation cost of between €600 and €1,000 per kWh, according to ECOinfos Energies Renouvelables.
During the Solar & Storage Show, exhibitors were reluctant to give prices, we still obtained two, promising not to mention the brands:
– €4,000 excluding tax for 20 kWh LFPO modular storage,
– and €3,700 excluding tax for 10 kWh, still using LFPO technology.
THE public aid for photovoltaic installations decreased in 2026 : the self-consumption bonus has disappeared since June 5, 2026 for installations ≤ 100 kWp. In the case of an installation with resale of the surplus, the purchase price of the surplus is set at 1.1 c€/kWh excluding VAT for installations ≤ 100 kWp since June 5, 2026, while it is the subject of a call for tenders for installations > 100 kWp. In short, underlined practically all the exhibitors at Solar & Storage Livefor domestic and tertiary installations, it is time to abandon the idea of resale, to move to self-consumption of electricity produced on site and to optimize self-consumption with electricity storage. In any case, recalled the BE TECSOL, present at Solar & Storage Live, it is necessary to study the addition of storage for each folder ofphotovoltaic installationeven if it does not lead to remembering it every time.

Three French brands of photovoltaic panels
Heliup
At Solar & Storage Live Showwe met two French brands of photovoltaic panels. They cannot beat Chinese manufacturers on the cost price of PV panels and have therefore chosen specific niches. The first is Heliup which presented the association of its ultra-lightweight Stykon® photovoltaic panels with ELEVATE UltraPly™ TPO waterproofing membranefrom the Holcim group. Baptized Solar Light TPOit is a global solution under ETN opinion, efficient and immediately deployable for flat roofs which do not have sufficient mechanical resistance to receive classic PV panels and their fixings. Solar Light TPO weighs only 7 kg/m2waterproofing membrane included. This avoids any reinforcement of the framework. Its installation is twice as fast, because it uses direct fixing by gluing, without drilling, rails or ballast, guaranteeing the continuity of operation of the site. It is a process under favorable ETN (New Technique Survey) opinion by the CSTB and classified as Broof fire (t3) (ERP/ICPE). Its performance is guaranteed for ≥ 25 years. THE high efficiency Stykon® modules (> 20%) are designed and manufactured near Grenoble. Whether on tertiary, industrial, logistics buildings or on complex new architectures (sheds, sloping roofs), Solar Light TPO unlocks the photovoltaic potential of buildings. It is available now. Heliup has a production capacity of 100 MWp per year.

Voltec Solar
The second French manufacturer of PV modules that we met at Solar & Storage Live is theAlsatian Voltec Solarcreated in 2009 and which belongs to the Strub family group, mainly manufacturer of furniture and parquet flooring. Voltec Solar has chosen the path of quality and sustainability. Its two manufacturing lines in Dinsheim-sur-Bruches reach an annual capacity of around 600 MWp, with a cost price of 23 c€/Wp on average. Voltec Solar employs 120 people, designs, manufactures and markets panels with one to two more cells per panel than its competitors, i.e. 2 to 4% more power.
Since 2009 until now, 3.1 millions of Voltec Solar panels are in operationt, thanks to its 200 installers in France. Its TARKA range offers 30 years of performance and product guarantee. TARKA Diamant panels resist impacts from hailstones of Ø 55 mm, i.e. RG5 classification, the maximum level. Voltec Solar has developed colored PV panels with the help of ABF to facilitate deployment in city centers: the Rubis module (RAL 3007) and the Amber module (RAL 8007).
Syrius Solar Industry
The third French photovoltaic panel brand present at Solar & Storage Live is Syrius Solar Industry. In addition to designing and manufacturing solar water heaters, Syrius Solar Industry offers a complete range of photovoltaic solutions, integrating its own PW500 solar panels. These 500 Wp bifacial modules, equipped with TopCon technology, combine high performance, reliability and exceptional efficiency of 22.48%.
Storage, the French pioneers are still there
Among the electricity storage offers, we noticed those from the French Technideal. We knew about his Billy cabinet, intended for domestic storage since 2013, but he showed to Solar & Storage new solutions for the tertiary sector and industry with modular storage up to 4 MWh. Technideal also markets the 6 kW single-phase ond NEO inverters from French company Imeon, which offer a voltage range of 90 to 550 V.
Technideal manufactures electricity storage, electric charging stations, boxes, circuit breakers, differential switches, switch-disconnectors, contactors, switches and clocks, etc. all the accessories necessary for the operation of a PV installation from domestic to industrial systems. © PP
Atmoce, a German company with offices in Lyon, showed its new very low voltage storage systems, the M-ELV BattBank. It is a modular solution with a capacity of 16 kWh per module and a maximum of seven associated modules, i.e. up to 112 kWh and a power of 70 kW with a voltage of 51.2 V DC (Direct Current). Their efficiency is particularly high, since the AC (Alternating Current) cycle – DC storage – AC discharge displays an efficiency of ≥ 90%.
Atmoce highlighted its M’ELV generators associated with microinverters in a complete solution, capable of providing back-up with automatic start-up in the event of an external network outage. Each module contains 7 kWh and offers a peak power of 5 kW. The whole thing runs entirely on AC. Battery life is guaranteed for 15 years. Compatible with single-phase and three-phase.
