A rich program including plenaries and thematic workshops

The day began with the opening plenary, which offered a systemic vision on the topic of building diseases, addressing their economic, social and safety implications. Subsequently, the program was divided into 9 vertical workshops, dedicated to the most current issues in the sector: from maintenance of the building envelope to damage from water and humidity, from energy efficiency to indoor air quality, up to the sustainability of materials and problems related to the design and management of buildings (>> this was the complete program).

Qualified speakers and comparison between the protagonists of the sector

Among the strong points of the 2026 edition, the presence of 27 speakers, including experts, technicians and representatives of the academic and professional world, who brought highly qualified contributions and concrete application cases.

The conference thus confirmed itself not only as a moment of technical updating, but also as a real discussion table between the main players in the construction supply chain, encouraging the exchange of skills and experiences between professionals, companies and institutions.

Also contributing to the quality and success of the event was the involvement of numerous associations, professional orders and sector entities, including: Healthy Building Experts, Experts in Radon Remediation Interventions, National Association of Women Surveyors, Order of Engineers of Bologna, Order of Engineers of Ferrara, Order of Engineers of Turin, Order of PPC Architects of Bologna, Provincial College of Surveyors and Surveyors Graduates of Bologna, Order of Industrial Experts of the Provinces of Bologna and Ferrara, AAEPFMC (Agrupació Arquitectes Experts Pericials Forenses y Mediadors del Collegi d’Arquitectes de Catalunya), ANTEL – National Association of Local Bodies Technicians, ASSIMP – Association of Italian waterproofing companies, Cortexa, Assopatologi Edili, ISI – Italian Seismic Engineering, Assorestauro and PML – Liquid Membrane Producers, who sponsored and supported the initiative, confirming its technical and cultural value for the entire construction chain.
