The points license in construction sites
The driving license in construction sites or, better, the “company qualification system” is an effective accreditation method of the most virtuous companies in preventive terms. With the publication of the decree of 18 September 2024, n. 132, the system (in force from 1 October 2024) imposes on companies, self -employed workers, employers and responsible for the safety of putting in place all control and monitoring activities to ensure the safety of workers in construction sites. This text represents the “instructions for use” necessary to effectively manage the application of the new regulatory provision and provides support to deal with the critical issues present in the law. The text proposes the analysis of the legislation and how to activate and manage the points license; Contains the complete list of conformities and indications of the responsibilities for the various actors involved (employer, manager, responsible, self -employed). The text completes a convenient operational expiel file with the manager/meter of the reduction. Danilo GM de Filippogenagner Mechanical, who has always been engaged in the subject of safety in the workplace, has been awarded the honor of Knight to the Merit of the Italian Republic. Technical Inspector of Labor, belonging to the Register of Trainers for the Inl, is also an external teacher and author of numerous texts and publications in terms of safety at work as well as being an active part in the organization of events for the wider dissemination of prevention of accidents at work.
