To delve deeper into all aspects of this innovation, we have organized a live online course that provides an in-depth overview of this “Amnesty 2024”, analyzing the technical requirements, amnesty procedures and other important structural changes. The first day of the course will be held on June 25, 2024 (2.00pm-6.00pm), and the second on September 20, 2024 (3.00pm-5.00pm), and for those registered there will be the possibility of review your recording for 365 days.
Save Home Webinar: contents and objectives
The live online course – aimed in particular at technical professionals (Architects, Surveyors, Engineers, Experts), operators and technicians of the Public Administration, and Lawyers – has the following objectives:
- Understand the changes introduced by the Save Home and Sanatoria Decree 2024 to the Consolidated Building Act TUE;
- Review the technical requirements for the amnesty and regularization procedures for small discrepancies;
- Deepen the issues relating to formal differences, change of intended use and structural modifications;
- Provide practical tools to manage and submit regularization requests in accordance with the Save Casa 2024 decree.
