Available services and datasets
The information on the services and on the series of data made available is published in National repertoire of territorial data and flow into National catalog of open data.
The data seases relating to cadastral particles and to addresses are released for free according to the license Creative Commons by 4.0which allows free use of it with the only condition of attributing the source.
The data are available in the format open and legible mechanically and are updated regularly.
The directizations
The data on the addresses are extracted from theNational Archive of Civic Numbers of Urban Roads (Anncsu)jointly managed by Istat And Revenue Agency and updated by the Municipalities.
Are available:
- dataset of roads and directorsupdated monthly and reported to the entire national territory or individual regions;
- punctual services which implement the variations inserted by the municipalities in the Anncsu in real time.
The data can be downloaded in massive mode via the dedicated web page of theAnncsu.
The cadastral particles
Information on cadastral particles derive from cadastral cartography And they are available through two main services:
- cadastral cartography WFS: is a service based on Standard Web Feature Service (WFS)which allows the punctual consultation of cadastral particles in vector format through GIS software or specialized applications. This service is constantly updated Based on the changes recorded in the cadastre database, thanks to the technical documents prepared by the qualified professionals. To access the service it is necessary to use this URL in the GIS software;
- massive download of cadastral cartography: this service allows you to download the cadastral data in bulk (Bulk Download), in vector format GML (XML variant). The data are updated half -yearly and are made available through aggregation, at national or regional level, of dataset elementary refers to individual municipalities, distributed in GML format through file Zip compressions. The data relating to the “cadastral particles” cover the entire national territory, with the exception of the territories in which the land registry is managed, by delegation of the State, by the autonomous provinces of Trento and Bolzano.
Interoperability and reference legislation
In recent years, the digitization and opening of territorial data have assumed a crucial role, favoring the administrative transparency and the efficiency of public services.
The initiative of the Revenue Agency is part of the European and national regulatory framework, in particular in implementation of the Directive (EU) 2019/1024 (known as “Open Data” directive).
This legislation has introduced the obligation for Member States to guarantee the reuse of the information of the public sector, including the Geospace data among the categories of “high value” data.
Italy has implemented the directive with the Legislative Decree no. 200 of 8 November 2021. The Execution Regulation (EU) 2023/138 He then defined the list of the series of data deemed to “high value” and the relative methods of publication and reuse.
Through the reference to the inspire directiveamong the geospace data of strategic value have been included:
- The cadastral particleswhich represent fundamental elements of cadastral cartography;
- the addressesmanaged in the Anncsu.
The goal is to make the data freely accessible, interoperable and usable in multiple professional contextsespecially in the context of software GIS (Geographic Information System).
