Following the publication of the corrective contracts (Legislative Decree 209/2024) – which is made up of 97 articles and intervenes on many relevant areas, adding new articles and attachments – the need was determined New analysis of the contract codein light of the additions to the original text of 2023, that affect the operating procedures significantly.

Mini Master of Update on the Code of Contracts: Structure
The structure of the course – mainly intended for companies and companies of works and supplies for the PA (economic operators), manager of the works and execution, architects, lawyers, accountants, consultants of local authorities/PNRRs, geomers, engineers, experts – provides:
- a general part which examines the structure of the code, with the relative changes of the corrective;
- a specialist part which deepens the execution of the works, direction and accounting and testing of the works and on the activities, procedures and management of services and supplies.
The didactic methodology is aimed atimmediate identification of the operational aspects of greater importancewith the practical indications useful to face the possible situations of uncertainty or difficulties that can be determined.
During the course – with a limited number, with a maximum of 40 participants – It will be possible ask questions to teachers To analyze in greater detail, the situations of specific interest of the participants.
Accreditation for the continuous training of lawyers will be required. All participants will be issued certificate of participationafter passing final learning verification test.
