As we know, on 9 April last it was held in Bologna the First edition of the National Conference of Building Pathologies (CONAPE), who brought together Technicians, institutions, businesses and experts in the sector To explore a theme of fundamental importance, which directly affects designers and clients: building pathologies and theirs incidence on Italian real estate assets.

Inside Conape 2025, Rina Prime edited the workshop entitled Building pathologies and risk management: analysis and intervention toolsin which – after an analysis of the current state of built in Italy – different issues have been deepened, including:
- Natural risks and protection of the building heritage
- Degradation and obsolescence of the building heritage: the role of the authorized workshops for tests and non -destructive controls
- Next condominium: an integrated vision for the safety and efficiency of buildings
