Code of public contracts
The volume, in its second edition, presents the full text of the code of public contracts (Legislative Decree 31 March 2023, n. 36), updated to the so -called “corrective decree” referred to in Legislative Decree 31 December 2024, n. 209 and at L. 21 February 2025, n. 16, of conversion of the so -called “Culture Decree”. In the regulations novelty by the legislator, the text currently currently in force is reported, however, also, also of the repealed one, applicable in the tender procedures banned until 30 December 2024 significant and anac regulation documents, updated to 25 February 2025, in order to ensure the operators of the public procurement the material necessary to extricate themselves in the tiring reconnaissance activity of the various forecasts related to the discipline of public evidence.
