on technological innovation. This has allowed us to constantly grow and expand, also developing a division dedicated to industrial vacuum cleaners, which represents an extension
natural of our experience with recovery sandblasters.

Q: Can you explain what the ADARS approach consists of and how it has enriched the interaction with your customers?
A: The “ADARS” method is an integrated approach that combines advanced automation and personalized consultancy. Our method is our identity, it is based on listening and dialogue with the customer on the analysis of the need and on the consequent search for the appropriate and sustainable solution.

Q: FEVI recently implemented a chatbot service. What advantages has this innovation brought to communication with customers?
A: Our chatbots represent a new way of communicating with customers, offering immediate and personalized support. This tool allows us to respond quickly to
questions and requests from customers, significantly improving the user experience. It also helps us collect valuable feedback, which we use to continue improving our services.

A: ADARS is much more than a mascot; represents the values ​​and philosophy of our company. Through our Mascot Brand, we communicate our commitments to listening, analyzing and
