Save Home: the opinion of the Urban Planning and Implementation Department of Rome Capital
Due to its intuitive relevance, therefore, it seems appropriate to take into account the opinion expressed by the Urban Planning and Implementation Department of Roma Capitale.
In particular, with the opinion no. 205723 of 21 October 2024 (attached at the end of the article for ready consultation), the Capitoline Administration has addressed the following wait:
- relationship between state legislation, regional legislation and municipal urban planning instrumentswith clarification of the respective areas of operation;
- changes in intended uses and identification of the related building permits (ordinary SCIA, Super-Scia or Building Permit) ex art. 23-ter, Presidential Decree 380/2001;
- oblations for building permit and ordinary SCIA in amnesty relating, essentially, to the simplified assessment of conformity ex art. 36-bis, paragraph 5, Presidential Decree 380/2001;
- usability for CDs. mini-housingwith clarification of the conditions and scope of application ex art. 24, paragraphs 5-bis and 5-ter, Presidential Decree 380/2001.
Awaiting further guidance
In postponing the reading of the document, obviously valid only for the Roman territory, we confidently await that other institutions will also follow this virtuous example.
