INAIL Researchers and Technologists, selection tests
The INAIL Competition 2024 includes a series of competitive tests structured to select the most suitable candidates. The tests are divided into different phases:
- Pre-selection phase: the pre-selection consists of a test on situational questions, logic and English language. It is aimed at reducing the number of candidates admitted to the subsequent tests.
- Written test: distinct for each disciplinary and multidisciplinary Area, it will consist of a series of multiple choice questions on the exam subjects relating to the different Areas.
- Oral exam: will focus on the same subjects as the written test, with the exception of the use of the most common computer equipment and applications. During the oral test, practical cases may be discussed in relation to what was declared by the candidates in the application to participate in the competition, in order to ascertain the technical knowledge, the ability to present, the ability to grasp the interrelations between the topics, the ability to make critical judgments, taking into account the high technical specialization required by the professional profile being recruited.
