As we have seen, INAIL has published six competition notices for 577 permanent positions, for various professional profiles, including technical ones. Of the latter, the majority are for engineersand they are almost all within two of the six notices: the one for the recruitment of 108 units of staff with professional profile of Researcherand that for the recruitment of 83 units of staff with professional profile of Technologist (in both cases the framework is in the III professional level of the CCNL Education and Research Sector).

Both profiles fall within the Level III of the CCNL Education and Research SectorThe starting salary for level III is 31,539.57 euros gross per yearcorresponding to approximately 2.628,30 euro gross monthlyincluding the thirteenth month’s salary.

  • Master’s or specialist degree in scientific, technical or economic disciplines, depending on the research area;
  • Possible additional specific academic and/or professional qualifications for the chosen area;

  • Work or research experience relevant to the area for which you are competing.

INAIL Researchers and Technologists, selection tests

The INAIL Competition 2024 includes a series of competitive tests structured to select the most suitable candidates. The tests are divided into different phases:

  • Pre-selection phase: the pre-selection consists of a test on situational questions, logic and English language. It is aimed at reducing the number of candidates admitted to the subsequent tests.
  • Written test: distinct for each disciplinary and multidisciplinary Area, it will consist of a series of multiple choice questions on the exam subjects relating to the different Areas.
  • Oral exam: will focus on the same subjects as the written test, with the exception of the use of the most common computer equipment and applications. During the oral test, practical cases may be discussed in relation to what was declared by the candidates in the application to participate in the competition, in order to ascertain the technical knowledge, the ability to present, the ability to grasp the interrelations between the topics, the ability to make critical judgments, taking into account the high technical specialization required by the professional profile being recruited.
