INPS ASSISTANT COMPETITION 2025: available places
THE Assistant places put in competition in 2025 from the National Inpid Inpid Institute should be 1530 in total. The availability of places is distributed throughout the national territory, with greater request in the northern regions, where the personnel needs is particularly high. According to the integrated plan of activities and organization (Piao) 2025-2027 of the INPS, the places in competition are divided as follows:
- 960 Services assistants
- 38 Services assistants For the Bolzano headquarters
- 31 Technical Assistantswith skills in the building and infrastructure
- 501 IT assistantsfor the management and maintenance of the Institute’s IT systems
As already mentioned, these positions are intended for candidates in possession of the secondary school diploma, without the need for a degree. We will have more details on the specific requirements once the announcement came out. For the places available in the Bolzano headquarters, bilingualism license (Italian/German) is required.
INPS ASSISTANT COMPETITION 2025: Selection tests
The selection process provides:
- Pre -selection test (which will be activated if the questions exceed 3500, and it is expected to happen): multiple response tests on specific subjects, English and IT language;
- Written test: quiz or open -ended questions on the subjects indicated for each profile;
- Oral test: individual interview to deepen the candidate’s technical and transversal skills.
