Maxi ASMEL 2025 competition for 37 profiles, including technical ones: questions in September

After the maxi competitions of 2023 and 2024, the Maxi ASMEL 2025 competition from September for the formation and updating of the lists of suitable starts. The initiative is aimed at aspiring candidates for hiring in the ASMEL associated local authorities (currently over 4600 local authorities).

From 15 September 2025 (12:00) to 30 September 2025 (12:00), it will be possible to send your application, choosing from the numerous profiles put in competition: among these there are some who affect the technical professionals. How the Asmel competitions work

Like the previous one, the ASMEL 2025 competition consists of a selection for the creation and updating of special lists of suitable candidates to whom the participating bodies will then be able to draw to cover their own staff needs.

The candidates, upon registration in the competition, will have to choose the list that concerns the professional profile of their interest, and later to carry out a written test (online and multiple response) on different subjects: some will be common to all profiles, others will be specific for the different profiles (for example, In this article Find the detail of the specialist subjects for the technical profiles of the selection 2023).

Those who exceed the test will flow into the lists of Idonei (enrollment lasts three years and ceases only in case of permanent hiring at one of the participating bodies). At this point, the ASMEL members of the Asmel will be able to indirect for the interpella procedures for the various profiles. When an entity makes an appeal for a certain profile, the candidates who fall within the list of suitable for that profile will receive a PEC communication with all the details: the suitable ones will choose which interpella procedure to participate in, there is no obligation to participate in all the interpeels. The suitable ones that participate in the appeal will have to support a new simplified, written or oral test.

The economic treatment envisaged for the assumptions is governed by the CCNL local functions of 16 November 2022. The amounts, subject to the deductions provided for by current legislation, will be compared to the actual working hours. The entities of the special statute regions will apply specific local contracts.

ASMEL COMPETITION 2025: Profiles and professional areas involved

The selection involves 37 professional profiles, divided into three main areas. For operator profiles lists, it is possible to participate with the fulfillment of the compulsory schooling and certain certificates of professional training, for the instructor profiles the diploma is required, while for the profiles by executive instructors and officials the degree is required, specifies according to the profile.

ASMEL COMPETITION 2025: Requirements for Technical Area Profiles

Those who possess the following general requirements can apply for the ASMEL 2025 competition:

  • Italian citizenship, European or equivalent according to current legislation;
  • Age not less than 18 years;
  • Physical fitness to the selected profile;
  • Enjoyment civil and political rights;
  • Absence of convictions impediment to public use;
  • Knowledge of the English language and the main computer applications.

Study qualifications vary for every profile and professional area. For the profiles of the technical area they are as follows:

  • Technical official: Degree (L) belonging to the following classes: L-7 Civil and Environmental Engineering, L-17 Sciences of Architecture, L-21 Sciences of territorial, urban, landscape and environmental planning, (L34) Geological Sciences, L-9 Industrial Engineering, L-23 Sciences and Building Techniques, or Degree (DL) in: Civil Engineering; Construction engineering; Architecture; Building engineering-architecture; Environment and territory engineering; Territorial and urban planning; Territorial, urban and environmental planning; Urban planning or equivalent and equivalent securities according to current legislation or equivalent and equivalent securities according to current legislation. Further required requirements: qualification to exercise the profession.
  • Technical official-Environmental Engineer: Degree (L) belonging to the L-7 class (Civil and Environmental Engineering) referred to in Ministerial Decree no. 270/2004 and class 8 (civil and environmental engineering) referred to in Ministerial Decree 509/1999; or-Master’s degree obtained pursuant to the current university system (ex Legislative Decree no. 270/2004)/specialist degree (formerly Ministerial Decree no. 509/1999), equated to the following master’s degrees Engineering for the Environment and the Class territory: LM-35 (DM 270/04)-38/S (DM 509/99); Civil Engineering LM-23 (DM 270/04)-28/s (DM 509/99); Old degree diploma in engineering for the environment and the territory and civil engineering, or equivalent and equivalent titles according to current legislation. Further required requirements: qualification to exercise the profession.
  • Civil engineer: Master’s Degree LM-23 Civil Engineering or equivalent / equivalent securities according to current legislation. Further required requirements: qualification to exercise the profession.
  • Technical Instructor (surveyor): Surveyor diploma (now technical diploma buildings, environment and territory) or equivalent, or three -year or master’s degree suitable for registration in the register of graduate surveyors. Further required requirements: qualification to exercise the profession.

ASMEL 2025 competition, announcement and demand

Applications are presented from 15 to 30 September 2025 (12:00) exclusively online, on the official portal ASMELAB.it or on Inta (>> on this page), via spid/cie. A registration fee of € 10.33 is required for each selected profile (payment via pagopa). At the end of the procedure, candidates will receive confirmation through PEC.

ASMEL 2025 competition: how to prepare for the single test

A single written test is scheduled, remote online, consisting of 60 multiple choice questions distributed as follows:

  • 30 specific questions about the selected profile (for example, In this article You can find the detail of the specialist subjects for the technical profiles of the selection 2023);
  • 25 questions about common subjects;
  • 5 questions about English and IT.

The duration of the test is 60 minutes, with a minimum threshold of suitability of 42 correct responses on 60. The incorrect and not given answers are not taken into consideration, simply give at least 42 exact answers. Before the test, a technical verification of your IT equipment is mandatory.
