For participation in the new ADM competition, in addition to the general requirements (Italian citizenship or requirements provided for by art. 38 of Legislative Decree 30 March 2001, n. 165, major age, enjoyment of civil and political rights, physical suitability for employment, etc.), it is necessary to have one of the following specific requirements:

• Qualification to exercise the profession of engineer (section A or B) in the “civil and environmental” sector, with Registration in the Register;
• Qualification to exercise the profession of architect (section A or B) in the “Architecture” sector, with Registration in the Register.

Registration forprofessional register of a country of the European Unionprovided that registration is enrolled in Italy before hiring.

The application for participation in the 2025 Customs Agency Competition for 20 Professional Technical Officials must be presented exclusively in electronic mode through the Inta portal, connecting to page dedicated to the competition.

The platform will be active Until 11:59 pm on May 5, 2025. To access the candidacy it is necessary to authenticate with Spid, Cie or CNS. It is possible change the question by the deadline, but only the last correspondent will be valid. The applications compiled only partially, not sent or sent in different methods will not be considered valid.

The 20 seats ban on the AD will be distributed as follows:

• 1 place is reserved for Autonomous province of Bolzano (a separated call will be published by the competent territorial management);
• 12 seatsone for each territorial management, in the following regions:

• 7 seats at the central structures of Rome.

Customs Agency Competition 20 Technical Officials Engineers and Architects: selection tests and subjects

The selection will be divided into the following phases:

• Possible pre -selection test (in case of number of candidates at least 30 times higher than available places): Multiple response tests from 50 questions to be resolved in 50 minutes
• 30 questions of logic (logical-deductive and mathematical-rational);
• 10 applications for computer science
• 10 questions to verify the knowledge of the English language
• Written test: drafting of an elaborate On all or part of the following subjects:
• Elements of technique and construction science;
• Elements of logistics, supply and material technology;
• Material science;
• Building Information Modeling (BIM);
• Works design techniques and service planning/supplies;
• Technical, administrative and structural test of public works and regular execution;
• Safety in the workplace;
• Problem solving and organization;
• Code of public contracts (Legislative Decree 36/2023 and corrective of Legislative Decree 209/2024) >> On this issue we recommend this volume prepared specifically for preparation for competitions
• Oral test: interview on the same subjects of the written test, with the addition of:
• System, institutional purposes and ADM attributions;
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Use of the most popular personal computer and software.

Professional technical officials Customs Agency: Duties and salaries

The winners of the new competition of the Customs Agency will be hired with full -time and indeterminate contract in the officials area, professional family “Professional Technical Officer – Expert in the sector of competitions and public procurement”. The position provides for a broad spectrum of technical-administrative activitiesincluding:

• planning and performance of tenders for the acquisition of goods and services;
• preparation, publication and management of tenders;
• monitoring and verification of the contractual execution and testing phases;
• Analysis of the technical-structural conformity of ADM properties compared to current legislation (including that on seismic vulnerability);
• support for the management and maintenance of the real estate assets;
• activities on health and safety in the workplace.

The expected economic treatment is that established by the CCNL central functions 2022-2024 for the officials area:

• Basic annual salary of 25,363.13 eurosdivided into 12 months;
• Thirteenth month: foreseen as by current legislation;
• Administration allowance: 677.38 euros per monthto be added to the basic salary;
• Other allowances: further accessory items can be provided, based on the location and the specificity of the tasks.
• For the place reserved for the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, a bilingualism allowanceas per current legislation.
