New Procurement Code, an online training and updating Master's degree

The online Master is divided into four teaching units – which will be held over the next few days 7, 14, 21, 28 May 2024 (3.00pm-7.00pm) – and is particularly aimed at the private sector of economic operators, professionals (technicians, lawyers and accountants) and consultants of local authorities for the implementation of the PNRR.

The Master has a limited number of places, with a maximum of 40 participants. All participants will be issued certificate of attendance, after passing a final learning verification test. Furthermore, accreditation for the continuing education of lawyers will be required.

Master New Procurement Code, program and teachers

The master will examine in particular the individual phases and activities to be carried out to complete the contract. It will make use of a teaching methodology capable of promoting the immediate identification of the most important operational aspects, highlighting the possible critical issues and the solutions to be adopted.

  • There general part of the Master focuses on the structure of the new Public Contracts Code and on the planning and design of interventions.
  • There specialist part of the Master focuses on the execution of the works, management and accounting and testing of the works and on the activities, procedures and management of services and supplies.
  • There operational part of the Master deals with the full digital management of tender procedures: principles and rules in the different awarding phases. It offers operational guidance for the Sole Project Manager with a focus on MEPA.
