A program divided into four thematic sessions
The program of the day, divided into Four thematic sessionsaccompanied the participants on an in -depth processing on the opportunities, challenges and best practices of the Openbim ecosystem, with the contribution of over 20 speakers from the business world, public administration and research.
The first session, moderated by Lorenzo Nissim, explored the vision of a interoperable futurewith contributions of experts such as Paolo Borin (Ibimi Buildingsmart Italy) Mauro Coletto (Sierrasoft), Marlon Boshi (Graphisoft), Audrey Goulven Priori (Dassault systèmes) e Stefano Toparini (Autodesk). Great attention was given to the role of AI and Digital Twin in the digital transformation of the built.
Coordinated by Andrea Ferrara (Musa Projects) e Laura Tiburzi (EY), the second session highlighted the change in place in the public administration. Simone Maioli by Anas – Fs Italiane group spoke of automation and interoperability in Openbim operational flows by presenting the project awarded as an openbim excellence. Together with him, Paolo Segala (CSPFFEA) e Vitomirko Roca (Municipality of Bari, Anci) discussed the regulatory challenges and potential of the e-permit.
Openbim and future prospects
With the guide of Vincenzo Panasiti and Emiliano Capasso (ACPV Architects), the third session focused on Advanced design and asset management. Among the interventions, that of Luca Bonzi And Paolo Citelli of Lombardini22, winners of the Openbim Excellence Prize, e Davide Picture (Reclamation), which illustrated the AV/AC Verona-Padova project, also awarded for excellence in the Openbim methodology. Flavio Andreatta (Allplan) deepened the parametric modeling in the infrastructures, while Mario Ambrogi (Open Building – Contec Group) deepened the theme of the digitization of the heritage.
Finally, during the last session coordinated by Riccardo Pagani (Bimon) e Silvia Bertolotti (Accenture), the future prospects of the sector. Webuild represented by Alfred de Pascali, Cristina Magrì and Valerio Coronelliand awarded the Openbim Excellence Prize, shared his experience as General Contractor. Stefania Morandi (Ammagamma), Andrea Codini (Sintropy.ai), Roberto Concina And Carlo Grossi (Dalux) have highlighted the growing impact of AI in decision -making and management processes.
With the symbolic title “Infinito openbim”the conference highlighted the wide horizon of possibilities that digitization opens for the entire construction chain. A future where interoperability, training, adoption of shared standards and the integration of emerging technologies will be the pillars of the transformation.
