Damage to facades: the causes
The problems vary from site to site: from biological colonization to the formation of cracks and cracks, from swelling and bulging to actual breakages. Even extreme atmospheric agents, such as hail, can play a decisive role in damaging facades.
The company boasts a long and consolidated experience both on construction sites, in the solution of pathologies linked to the degradation of surfaces, and in its own research and development centre, with continuous and increasingly
at the forefront of elastomers, formulations, cases related to temperature variations and technologies connected to them.
It is precisely from this experience that they are born Rebuild Intonaclima L1.5 mm grain elastomeric acrylicsiloxane coating, e Rebuild Fund L, elastomeric smoothing primer in paste. Both products are made
with a particular one green technology based on totally recycled glass microspheres, coming from fractions no longer usable for the production of bottles and glasses: they are therefore lightened, guaranteeing a maximum weight reduced up to 25% compared to a traditional product with the same grain size.
They are protected from attack by mold and algae, thus ensuring a long duration of interventionsand the finish is characterized by HALS technology (Hindered Amine Light Stabilizer)for a maximum protection against degradation of the sun and bad weather.
Restoration of thermal insulation facades: Rebuild solutions
Technology RebuildFurthermore, it protects the facades better from extraordinary meteorological events (such as hail), thanks to a very high impact resistance (up to 30J).
The innovative Rebuild system is the sustainable solution of ARD Raccanello for the restoration of old, damaged thermal insulation systems.

Rebuild fund L
Data sheet:
- Innovative lightweight paste primer for external wall surfaces
- Contains totally recycled glass microspheres
- Weight reduced by up to 25% on the wall compared to a normal product of the same grain size
- Elastomeric characteristics (Class A4 for UNI 1062-7)
- Resistant to mold and algae (UNI EN 15457 and UNI EN 15458)
- It greatly reduces intervention times, as it does not require curing compared to traditional cement bases
