From 7 to 10 October 2026, BolognaFiere will return to being a meeting point for professionals, companies and operators in the construction supply chain on the occasion of SAIE – The Construction Fair: design, construction, systems.
Online registration is open to obtain a free entry ticket to the event, which for four days will bring topics such as technological innovation, construction site evolution, energy efficiency and ecological transition of the built heritage to the center of discussion. SAIE will thus offer operators an opportunity to learn about new solutions, learn more about the changes that are affecting the market and meet companies and professionals from the entire supply chain.

Six areas to delve deeper into the transformations of the sector
Alongside the exhibition, SAIE will propose a journey divided into six thematic areas, designed to connect technologies, applications, skills and concrete experiences. Each area will be animated by an arena and a program of conferences, round tables, training sessions and networking opportunities.
- AI, BIM AND DIGITAL ARENA: will be dedicated to the digital evolution of the design, construction and management of works. Technology companies, professionals, associations and developers of digital solutions will discuss the evolution of Building Information Modeling, artificial intelligence, digital twins and new technologies applied to design and construction sites.
- ARENA COMFORT AND FINISHES: construction systems, materials, systems, building envelope and finishes will instead be protagonists of theARENA COMFORT AND FINISHES. The area will delve into technologies and solutions aimed at improving living comfort, energy efficiency and quality of environments, through technical meetings and application cases developed together with companies, associations and professionals.
- ARENA SAIE LAB INFRASTRUCTURES AND TERRITORIES: will address the transformations affecting major works and land management. Design, construction, maintenance and monitoring of infrastructures will be at the center of the discussion, together with the topics of safety, sustainability, resilience and technological innovation.
- ARENA SAIE LAB FLOORING/WATERPROOFING: will bring together companies, associations and professionals active in the various application areas of the sector, from civil and industrial construction to logistics, from infrastructure to plant engineering, up to sport, healthcare and public spaces. The program will delve into technological innovation, sustainability, design, legislation, application cases and new market needs, while at the same time encouraging dialogue between supply and demand.
- ARENA SAIE LAB HOUSE FLOOR, CITY FLOOR: the topics covered will be regeneration of the building heritage, housing policies and transformation of cities. A space for discussion between institutions, administrations, businesses, associations and professionals dedicated to strategies for urban development, residential construction, territorial planning and regulatory evolution.
- SEISMIC PREVENTION AND RECONSTRUCTION ARENA: dedicated to the safety and resilience of the built heritage. The area will delve into seismic risk reduction, structural redevelopment and reconstruction processes, with particular attention to consolidation interventions, construction technologies and experiences gained in the field.
