This text, commenting and in-depth analysis of decree no. 69/2024 (so-called Salva Casa Decree), is written by four hands by a lawyer expert in administrative law, with particular attention to the urban planning and building sector but not only, and by a technician passionate about the theory but also and above all the practice of administrative procedures: together, they develop this text which aims to give the reader a vision of the decree that is as broad as possible, both with regard to the more strictly practical sector, but without forgetting that, in Italy, every building application, even the one that may appear simplest, is in truth overshadowed by a large set of rules that watch over the most disparate areas. He is currently a member of the Urban Planning Commission of the Order of Engineers of Rome, trainer and teacher in various refresher and professional development courses at the same Order and at other organizations. Andrea Di Leo Lawyer, he works in administrative law, with particular reference to the sectors of urban planning and construction, also in relation to constraint profiles. He also deals with regulatory and administrative profiles relating to hospitality, trade and administration, public procurement as well as the administrative and regulatory profiles of innovative sectors (startups, sharing economy, mobility and transport). He carries out teaching (within University Masters) and training activities. He is a member of the Italian Society of Administrative Lawyers and Co-founder of Legal Team.
