General Handle Handle
The General Holdilic Handbook is a true vademecum of the complex and articulated material of building buildings. Analyze all the major residential and non -residential construction works, including the various procedures necessary for the realization of the interventions, coded by easy to consult operational cards. The handbook is updated to the law of 24 July 2024, n. 105, containing conversion, with modifications, of the decree-law of 29 May 2024, n. 69 “Urgent provisions on building and urban planning”. The volume is organized for topics, through operational cards, within which all the indications and information useful for the procedural management of each activity are treated, in order to put the tecni in the condition of being able to have the best indications necessary to guarantee the complete coverage of the problems that will be called to face in the absolve of its assignment. The operational cards of each individual building intervention report: • Description of the intervention (detailed in the basic details); • Technical data sheet (necessary building title, constraints and so on); • reference legislation (relating to the intervention to be carried out); • jurisprudence (maxima relating to intervention works); • essential attachments (necessary for the request, the realization and its use). He has drawn up numerous urban planning plans and public works projects. He is also a well -known author of multiple publications on the subject.
