Higher training course on Building Pathology 2025: themes

Building pathologies today represent one of the main challenges for technicians and professionals operating on existing buildings. Humidity, cracks, degradation of materials, infiltrations: recognizing the causes correctly and intervening with adequate solutions is essential to guarantee safety, durability and residential quality.

Coordinated by Marco Argiolasthe training course – leaving the 7 October 2025 – It is divided into the central issues of the building pathology: analysis of causes, diagnosis methodologies, practical cases, intervention and prevention criteria. In particular, the 2025 edition consists of five modules:

  • Thermo-acoustic insulation (12 hours of lessons, 4 days)
  • Casing (9 hours of lessons, 3 days)
  • Wooden structures (9 hours of lessons, 3 days)
  • Health of indoor environments (6 hours of lessons, 2 days)
  • Legal/CTU building pathologies (3 hours of lessons, 1 day)

Higher training course on building pathology 2025: objectives and accreditation

During the online path, which will be held From 7 October to 17 December 2025in the afternoon (14.30-17.30) participants will be able to:

  • Recognize the signals and symptoms of a building pathology;
  • Identify the Deep causes of degradation;
  • Know the more effective intervention techniques;
  • Interface with Experts and professionals in the sector;

In addition, participants have the opportunity to:

  • Access Support didactic materials;
  • Review the Lessons recordings at any time (for 1 year);
  • Obtain Professional training credits (CFP): 39 CFP for surveyors (with 100% participation of the direct); Accreditation for architects is required (with 80% of the direct and passing the final verification test);
  • Get a certificate of participation (after passing a final evaluation test).
