The new 2024 building amnesties: an online course on updates, interpretations and operational applications

A live online course designed to offer a detailed and practical analysis of regulatory changes introduced by the so-called Save Home (DL 69/2024, Law 105/2024) to the Consolidated Building Actwith particular attention to new building amnesties and simplified regularization procedures.

The new 2024 building amnesties: updates, interpretations and operational applications – which will be held on the day December 5, 2024from 9.30 to 12.30 (with the possibility of review the recording for 365 days) – is mainly aimed at managers, technicians and administrative staff of local authoritiesbut it is also very useful for technical professionals from the private sector who operate in contact with the public administration.

The new building amnesties 2024: objectives of the course

These are the training objectives of the live online course:

  • Regulatory update: understand the main innovations of national legislation, including the new amnesty procedures and the rules for building tolerance;
  • Regional orientation: acquire knowledge on the initiatives and regulatory interventions of the Regions that have already started interpretative and circular explanatory activities relating to the law (>> in this article we talked about Umbria for example);
  • Practical approach: develop the skills necessary to correctly apply legislative provisions in daily administrative procedures and to interact effectively between public operators and private professionals;
  • Management of construction procedures: delve into the new administrative procedures, such as silent consent, conditional amnesty and taxation of abuse, with a focus on conformity assessments, seismic checks and landscape compatibility.

At the end of the course, participants will receive a certificate of participation.

Let’s see one summary of the program of the webinar, which will be held by Valeria Tarroniauthor and teacher on construction and urban planning, former manager of the Urban Planning, Private Building and Environment Service at the Municipality of Imola:

  • Regulatory framework and State-Regional relations in construction matters;
  • The innovations introduced by the “Save Home” Law in the Consolidated Building Act (Presidential Decree 380/2001);
  • The technician’s certification in seismic areas;
  • Classification and management of types of building violations;
  • Procedure and prerequisites for the amnesty of variants partially non-compliant during construction with qualifications issued before Law 10/1977 (Art. 34-ter of the TEU);
  • The concept of “healing usability” which degrades to tolerance;
  • So-called “simplified” building amnesty (Art. 36-bis of the TEU);
