Following the exit of the ministerial guidelines (with FAQ) on the Salva Casa, we organized a advanced course which illustrates the contents of the DL 69/2024 (converted, with modifications, in L. 105/2024), which as we know goes to record deeply on Presidential Decree 380/2001that is, on the consolidated building text, introducing substantial novelties to you.
The course, organized on 2 days – 11 and 18 March 2025, 14.30-17.30 (with Possibility to review the registration for 365 days) – will give an account of the First indications of the jurisprudence and, above all, of the Guidelines of MIT, which contribute to clarifying some points of the legislation not always marked by linearity.
Advanced course Save Home and TEU: Content
The online course – organized on 2 days for 6 hours of training – It is aimed at an audience of public and private entities, and illustrates in detail the contents of the so -called Save Casa, and the news that this brings to the Consolidated Building Law.
These concern, among other things: the Constructive tolerancesextended in their potential; the legitimate state of the propertiessimplified in its verification; theassessment of conformityexpanded in its possibilities; the changes of intended usewith the introduction of simplification elements; The changes on the subject of adabilitythe expansion of the cases of activity free construction and others. Each day includes a moment of Analysis and response to the questions of the participants.
Advanced course Save Casa and Tua: teachers
Thanks to the experience of the teachers Claudio Belcari and Andrea Ferruti, coming from technical and legal sectorthe course will provide participants with a wealth of knowledge and skills to adequately deal with the new legislative tools.

- Andrea Ferrutilawyer of the Foro di Roma, has been working for over 30 years, lending their advice to public and private entities, in close connection with the technical professionalism involved. In these areas, he has accrued a particular knowledge of administrative and real estate law in view of the development and redevelopment of assets, as well as the related technical and safety regulations at work. He is the author of publications and teacher in training courses.
