Strengthening of the measure in the 2024 Budget Law
With the 2024 Budget Law, the “Dedicated to You” Card has seen a significant increase both in terms of available funds and in the number of beneficiary families. The overall funding has increased from 520 million euros in 2023 to 676 million in 2024, thus increasing the number of families involved, which rises from 1.2 million to 1.33 million.

How it works

The requirements to obtain the “Dedicated to You” Card
The “Dedicated to You” Card is intended for families residing in Italy with a ISEE less than 15,000 euros per year. To access this benefit, it is not necessary to submit an application: beneficiaries will be identified automatically based on the data held by the Municipality of residence.
However, there are some exclusion conditions: families who, as of June 4, 2024, receive other forms of economic subsidy, such as the Inclusion Allowance, the Naspi (New Social Insurance for Employment) or the redundancy fund, cannot access the contribution.
The aim is to avoid overlapping public aid and ensure support for those who do not already benefit from other measures.

Where and how to spend the contribution
The contribution of the “Dedicata a Te” Card can be used exclusively for the purchase of essential goods, as indicated in Annex 1 of the Ministerial Decree of 4 June 2024.
This includes food, excluding alcoholic beverages, fuel and, alternatively, subscriptions to local public transport services. Purchases can be made at affiliated commercial establishments, which will be identified thanks to a specific agreement stipulated by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Forestry.
In this way, it is ensured that the benefit is used in a targeted manner to meet the essential needs of families.
