This work, designed and organized to be a true operational tool, addresses the topic of works management from a technical, administrative and accounting point of view updated to the state of the art of the legislation, and in particular to the new Procurement Code (Legislative Decree . 36/2023).
Also for this notebook, the organization of the text has maintained the setting of recognizability of the information presented in order to facilitate consultation of the various topics covered using diagrams and tables that immediately provide the summary aspects of the various topics.
The parts of the text with regulatory references (reported in full) are limited only to the most relevant elements to allow immediate verification of the literal regulatory provisions of the most important aspects.
Particularly useful, among the various contents, are the lists in chronological order of both the technical and accounting obligations to which the project manager is required.
All the topics and theoretical-practical aspects for the project manager are addressed, specifically:

He carries out consultancy activities for public and private bodies on the planning and use of national and community resources, planning, works management, implementation, management and maintenance of interventions with particular regard to building recovery, soil protection, territorial valorisation and environmental sustainability. He is the author of numerous volumes on public works and environmental issues.
