The origins of BIM (K)now!
Active since 2020, the BIM (K)now! conference series, format of Vittorio Andrea Sellarocreated as part of the Design Data Users initiative, has quickly established itself as a reference event for advanced training on digitalization and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
From the first meetings, organized in webinar mode, BIM (K)now! has attracted an increasingly larger and more diverse audience, consolidating itself thanks to the quality of the contents and the innovative approach. The format responds effectively to the growing demand for professional development in a rapidly evolving sector.
The importance of training
Under the visionary guidance of Vittorio Andrea Sellaro, Contract Professor at the University of Pavia, BIM (K)now! was able to respond to the need professional training in crucial issues of the construction industry, involving very high profile experts and offering content ranging from digital strategies to the most advanced technologies.
This format has the ability to identify and address the challenges and opportunities arising from digitalisation, speaking not only to architecture and engineering studentsbut also to professionals such as architects, engineers, jurists and public managers.
BIM and artificial intelligence: the program
After the last presence (12 October 2024) at the SAIE fair in Bologna, guest of the SkeinBim stand, BIM (K)now! will have as its host venue theUniversity of Naples Federico II on November 23, 2024 with a conference entitled “BIM and artificial intelligence”.
The conference will be held at the Department of ArchitecturePalazzo Gravina, in via Monteoliveto 3 in Naples, in the Gioffredo Hall, from 10:00 to 13:00 and will host the studio ACPV Architectsrepresented by Vincenzo Panasiti and Emiliano Capasso, respectively Deputy Head of BIM and Head of BIM @ACPV ARCHITECTS and the engineering company BIMONspecialized in digital consultancy and design, with the participation of Riccardo Pagani, CEO of BIMON.
