CCNL Building Industry: the complete guide on levels, monthly and holidays

On March 3, 2022 Ance, Legacoop production and services, confcooperative work and services, agci production and work and trade union organizations Feneal Uil, Filca Cisl and Fillea CGIL have signed the agreement of renewal of the CCNL July 18, 2018 for employees of construction and related companies and cooperatives.

The new agreement starts from 1 January 2021 and will expire on an economic and regulatory level on 30 June 2024.

The CCNL Edili – Industry finds application throughout the national territory against companies (regardless of their industrial or artisan nature) which, on their own or on behalf of public bodies or private third parties, carry out the processes listed below:

  • construction buildings;
  • hydraulic constructions;
  • earth movement, quarries, road and railway buildings, bridges and viaducts;
  • underground buildings;
  • buildings of lines and conduct;
  • production and distribution of pre -packaged concrete;
  • production and supply with installation of iron structures for reinforced concrete;
  • Maritime, river, lake and lagoon works;
  • Safety consultancy activities for temporary and mobile construction sites.

On January 29, 2025, the social partners of construction, represented by Ance, Legacoop production and services, confcooperative work and services, agci production and work, Fenealuil, Filca-Cisl and Fillea-Cgil found theagreement (poor on 30 June 2028) on the wage part of the collective building agreement – Industry.

Thanks to the agreement, the workers get a inflationary recovery of 11%, through an equal wage increase, for the first level, a 180.00 euros overall (re -proportioned for the other levels of classification) divided into three tranches:

  • 80.00 euros from 1 February 2025;
  • 50.00 euros from 1 March 2026;
  • 50.00 euros from 1 March 2027.

What news from the renewal agreement of 29 January 2025?

The renewal agreement of 29 January 2025 provides for some remuneration increases that impact on the minimum of base pay. In fact, a total increase of 180.00 euros per parameter 100 (common worker) has been contemplated for the first level, differentiated for the other levels of classification:

Minimum economic treatment due to workers

The employees who apply the CCNL Building – Industry is responsible for a minimum monthly treatment composed of:

  • Basic pay;
  • contingency;
  • EDR corresponding to 10.33 euros.

Employees and paintings mature the single shot for every two -year period of stay in the company. The single employee is responsible for a maximum of 5 shots (**) The shots start from the first day of the month immediately following the completion of the two -year period

Are also planned88 hours of permits for reducing working hours. The permits in question mature to the extent of one hour every 20 hours of work actually lent (for discontinuous workers one hour every 25 hours).The permits accrued by 31 December of each calendar year cannot be used beyond June 30 of the following year. In case of non -enjoyment, a replacement economic treatment is due.
