The the municipality of Naples has announced a new competition for 2024, with the aim of covering 130 positions in various professional profilesboth permanent and fixed-term. Most of these are reserved for technical profiles: they are in fact in competition 50 permanent positions for the Technical Instructor profile, 5 fixed-term positions (2 years) for the Technical Instructor profiledrawing on the Bradyseism Fund, and 8 fixed-term positions (2 years) for the technical officer profilealways drawing on the Bradyseism Fund.

Competition for Naples Municipality technicians, division of positions
Here is the breakdown of places for technical profiles:
- 50 units to be included in the Instructors Area with the profile of Technical Instructor (cod. TEC/C_2024_TI), full time and permanent;
- 5 units to be recruited in the Instructors Area with the Technical Instructor profile (cod. TEC/C_2024_TD), to be included in a two-year contract, to be drawn from the Bradyseism Fund;
- 8 units to be recruited in the Area of Officials and High Qualification with a profile of technical officer (cod. TEC/D_2024_TD), to be included in a two-year contract, to be drawn from the Bradyseism Fund;
The places for the non-technical profiles are instead the following:
- 27 units to be recruited in the Instructors Area with a profile of Administrative instructor (cod. AMM/C_2024_TD), of which
- 21 units, to be included in a three-year contract, to be drawn from the 2020 Poverty Fund;
- 6 units, to be included in a two-year contract, to be drawn from the Bradyseism Fund.
- 8 units to be recruited in the Instructors Area with a profile of Local Police Officer (cod. POL/C_2024_TD1), to be included in a two-year contract, to be drawn from the Urban Security Fund;
- 2 units to be recruited in the Area of Officials and High Qualification with a profile of economic-financial officer (cod. FIN/D_2024_TD), to be included in a two-year contract, to be drawn from the Bradyseism Fund;
- 30 units to be recruited in the Area of Officials and High Qualification with a profile of Social worker (cod. ASS/D_2024_TD), to be included in a three-year contract, to be drawn from the 2020 Poverty Fund.

To participate in the competition, candidates must first possess the following: general requirements for access to public competitions required by current legislation (Italian citizenship, majority, enjoyment of civil and political rights, etc.). For technical profiles, the following qualifications are required:

Competition for Naples Municipality technicians, selection tests
The selection will be divided into:
- a pre-selection test: it is aimed at reducing the number of candidates and consists of 40 multiple choice questions to solve in 50 minutes. These questions concern the subjects indicated in the competition announcement and assess the basic knowledge necessary for the specific role.
- a written test: 40 multiple choice questions to complete in 60 minutesThe questions are structured to verify preparation on specific topics related to the chosen professional profile.
- only for candidates for the Local Police agency profile: a test of physical efficiency.
There Question database will be made available to candidates, through a specific publication on the website of the Municipality of Naples, before the competitive tests are held. Any pre-selection tests and written tests will be held exclusively through the use of IT tools and digital platformseven with multiple consecutive non-contextual sessions, while ensuring the transparency and homogeneity of the tests administered in order to guarantee the same degree of selectivity among all participants.
