“We express great satisfaction for the inclusion in the implementing decree of the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy of the Transition 5.0 plan of engineers registered in sections A and B of the Register and of industrial experts registered in the Register in the sections ‘Mechanics and Energy Efficiency’ and ‘Electrical Systems and Automation’, with skills and proven experience in the field of energy efficiency of production processes”.

This was declared by the Presidents of the National Council of Engineers and the National Council of Industrial Experts Angelo Domenico Perrini and Giovanni Esposito, following the publication of the provision, which provides that the energy certification of companies, for the purposes of obtaining the incentives, can also be carried out by representatives of the two professional categories, while in a first version of the decree only Energy Management Experts (EGE) and Energy Service Companies (ESCO) had been considered suitable subjects.
