How to become a condominium administrator

The volume represents a real course for aspiring condominium administrators, as it is structured in compliance with the provisions of Ministerial Decree 140/2014 (Regulation for the mandatory training of condominium administrators as well as training courses for condominium administrators). The text, in fact, in the first part, consists of 24 theoretical lessons of two hours each (which can also be merged, provided that in compliance with the total 48 hours referred to in the aforementioned DM). In the second part, first section, the volume contains 8 exercises, 4 hours each – for a mandatory total of 24 hours, as well as two optional total exercises of 8 hours overall – all in the face of a total mountain of 72 hours (as required by art. 5 of Ministerial Decree 140/2014). The second section contains formulas and documents relating to condominium management. In the third section, 24 self -assessment quizzes are provided, relating to the contents of the 24 theoretical lessons. Finally, there is a regulatory handbook online, which includes the most important (even complementary) legislation of the sector divided by topic, together with the editable version of the form and the documentation proposed in the text.
