Guide to security plans 2.0
The guide is updated with the chapter “Integration to the security plans-Covid-19 risk” by Marco Ballardini and Carmine Moretti. The update, complete with over 50 editable and customizable modules, provides useful tools and indications to be followed in the management of the emergency linked to the spread of the Covid-19 infection on construction sites. We wanted to give the text a practical cut, on the basis of the experience gained in this period in the advice, with pre -filled examples of specific documents, procedures, protocols, check list, signs, usable to manage the risk of contagion from Covid-19 on site. In updating all the activities operating in a construction company and/or in a construction site are taken into consideration, divided for convenience of consultation in 3 groups: craftsmen, individual companies and self -employed workers operating in the construction site, without workers; Construction companies operating in the pipeline, with employees or employees employees or worker members; Performance of the security coordinator in the design and execution phase this new guide to the security plans 2.0, now in its second edition, is renewed and updated to the technical and regulatory art to offer a real guided path for the drafting of the Security and coordination plan (PSC), of the technical file (FT), the Operational Safety Plan (POS) and the Safety Replacement Plan (PSS), accompanying the reader step by step in the editorial staff, in the organization and in documentation management. The processing cards and the forms, downloadable from the cloud, are editable and customizable according to specific needs and have been updated while maintaining the innovative graphic setting of the previous edition, with the addition of some features to facilitate work. The signs relating to the PPE necessary for the correct performance of the processes has also been maintained and enriched. In line with the requests explicit over the years by the control bodies, this guide offers a clear, understandable and precise operational tool, further improved and refined by the experience gained by the authors during a multi -year professional practice on construction sites as managers and safety coordinators . This new edition deepens and extends the discussion with further cards, homogeneous groups and processing cards, such as: • Reclamation of war devices; • Road accidents and safety of the places; • Archaeological excavations; • Road signs setting; • Update sheet Asbestos reclamation. In addition, the contents of the machines, homogeneous groups and the processing cards already present in the previous edition have been integrated with the risks from exposure to electromagnetic fields (CEM) and by artificial optical radiation (Roa). The indications concerning the management of documents during the construction site phases, especially as regards the update methods, are of particular importance. There are clear instructions to correctly exercise the coordination and control of the construction site, through minutes, modules and updates: not only of interference and processes, but also of companies and self -employed workers, both from the point of view of the foster enterprise and/ or executing that of the coordinator.
