INPS 2024 competition plan: incoming calls, places also for technicians

New INPS competitions are coming soon: the Integrated Activity and Organization Plan 2024-2026 was recently published, with the update of the Personnel Requirements Plan, which suggests the imminent publication of new calls for numerous positions, including those belonging to the technical area.

INPS 2024 competitions coming soon: the Institute's needs

In the 2024-2026 programmatic report published by INPS, we read that “despite the hirings made in the past years, the flow of people entering service is lower than that of people leaving” and that “This phenomenon appears more evident in the offices of Northern Italy. ”
In particular, after the choice of locations by the winners of the previous competition for officials (which dates back to 2021) there were The following locations are understaffed in particular:

  • Lombardy: DCM Milan and in all the provinces of Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Cremona, Lecco, Mantua, Monza, Pavia, Sondrio, Varese;
  • Friuli Venezia-Giulia: Pordenone, Trieste, Udine, Gorizia;
  • Piedmont: Alessandria, Asti, Biella, Cuneo, Novara, Turin, Verbania Cusio Ossola, Vercelli;
  • Trentino-Alto Adige: Trento;
  • Aosta Valley: Aosta;
  • Veneto: Belluno, Padua, Treviso, Venice, Verona, Vicenza.

There is therefore the possibility that competitions will be held on a regional or territorial basisdue to the needs which currently see a shortage of personnel in these regions. For 2024 INPS approved hiring for at least 1000 unitsto cover terminations expected during the year.

INPS 2024 competitions: the new professional areas

From 2024 we will move on to the new professional families envisaged by the 2019-2021 CCNL. The system is divided into 4 areaswhich correspond to four different levels of knowledge, skills and professional competences:

    • Technical officer
    • Health official
    • IT officer

INPS 2024 competitions: calls coming soon

From what we read in the hiring plan for the three-year period 2023-2025 (updated on 14 February 2024), the next upcoming competitions are as follows:

  • Managers (IT and administrative);
  • IT officials;
  • Health officials;
  • Technical officials;
  • Assistants (Former Area B).

Hiring of administrative officials is also planned (around 2000 units in 2024 and 2025), which however will take place through scrolling of existing rankings: only if the rankings are exhausted will a new competition be held. Numerous hires in addition to those already listed will arrive through vertical progression and scrolling through other current rankings.

As for the Assistantsa tender is expected in 2024 over 1000 seats. They will be mainly Service Assistantsa profile similar to that of administrators, in which it will be possible to participate with any diploma.
