After the competition for 190 officials announced at the beginning of 2024, now the Lombardy Region has announced a new hiring competition 40 instructors, full-time and permanentdivided into legal-administrative, technical and agricultural-forestry profiles.

Lombardy Region competition for technical instructors: duties and salary
The technical instructors selected from this competition will be responsible for activities ranging fromdata processing totechnical assistance et al control over various regional projects and servicesincluding areas such as construction, healthcare, roads and the environment. Among the tasks envisaged:
- Data collection and management using IT tools;
- Inspections and technical monitoring (construction, plumbing, environmental);
- Preparation of technical documents for investigations and reports;
- Design and graphic support with dedicated instrumentation.
The winners of the competition will go to one of the headquarters of the regional councilin Milan or in local offices (e.g. Bergamo, Brescia, Monza). The contract provides for a minimum stay of 5 years in the assigned location. The gross annual salary is €21,392.88plus contractual and additional indemnities, with updates according to the current CCNL.
Lombardy Region Competition 40 instructors: application
The application for participation in the Lombardy Region competition must be sent exclusively online to inPA by November 14, 2024, 12:00. Payment of a secretarial fee is required 10 euros. Candidates must have a PEC address and register via SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS.
Lombardy Region competition for technical instructors: specific requirements
Candidates for positions in the technical profile, in addition to the general requirements (Italian citizenship, of an EU member state or of third countries with a suitable permit to work in Italy; minimum age of 18 years; full enjoyment of civil and political rights ; etc.), must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Diploma: secondary school with a technical focus (Surveyor or Construction, Environment and Territory).
- Three-year degree: for example, in Civil and Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or Geological Sciences.
- Master’s degree: including Environmental and Territorial Engineering, Territorial and Environmental Planning, or Geographical Sciences.
Lombardy Region Competition 40 instructors: selection tests
The selection process for this competition includes:
- Possible pre-selective test : if the number of applications exceeds 120, a pre-selection test will be activated remotelyconsisting of a multiple choice test on logical skills and knowledge of regional legislation;
- Written test: The written test includes multiple choice and open-ended questionswith also verification of knowledge of the English language and IT skills. These are the subjects for the technical profiles:
- Regional legislation: territorial governance, land consumption and hydrogeological defence;
- Public Contracts Code: elements of Legislative Decree 36/2023;
- Mobility and transport: planning of services, infrastructures and sustainable mobility;
- Oral test: interview on the same topics as the written test.
