For the profile of Technical Assistant-Surveyor (Code 04)136 places are available in the peripheral offices of the General Directorate of Material Resources and Technologies, divided as follows:

- Turin: 11 places

Ministry of Justice competition 2025: entry requirements for technical profiles
For both profiles of interest to us, in addition to general requirements for access to public competitions (Italian citizenship, age of majority, enjoyment of civil and political rights, physical suitability for employment, etc.), specific qualifications are required.
For places from Construction Technical Officer (Code 03) it is necessary to have one of the following qualifications:
- Three-year degree in classes L-7, L-8, L-9, L-17 or equivalent qualifications
- Master’s degree in classes LM-3, LM-4, LM-23, LM-24, LM-33 or equivalent qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (old system) in Architecture, Civil or Construction Engineering
For places from Technical Assistant-Surveyor (Code 04) only the possession of a technical institute diploma for surveyors or equivalent is required. A three-year, master’s or specialist degree in Architecture or Engineering is considered eligible.
Ministry of Justice Competition 2025: application and announcement
The application to participate in the competition must be submitted exclusively onlinevia the inPA portal, authenticating with SPID, CIE, CNS or eIDAS. It is possible to apply for multiple profilespaying a participation fee of 10 euros for each competition code. The Certified Electronic Mail (PEC) address indicated during registration will be used for official communications. The deadline for sending applications is set at January 29, 2025, 11.59pm.
Ministry of Justice competition 2025: written test
The competition includes a single written testcomposed of 40 multiple choice questions to complete in 60 minutes. The test will be considered passed with a minimum score of 21/30 and will be structured as follows:
- 25 questions on the specific subjects of the profile
- 8 questions on logic and critical-verbal reasoning
- 7 situational questions, aimed at evaluating management and organizational skills

Construction Technical Officer (Code 03):
- Construction science and technology
- Estimation tools and techniques and elements of real estate economics
- Building and urban planning regulations
- Regulations on safety in the workplace

Technical Assistant-Surveyor (Code 04)
- Elements of construction science and technology
- Fundamentals of electrical engineering and mechanics, electrical measurements
- Principles of civil and industrial plant engineering
- Elements of building and urban planning legislation
- Elements of legislation on public contracts (Legislative Decree 36/2023)
- Judicial system
- Knowledge of the English language (A2 level) and digital skills
Ministry of Justice Competition 2025: evaluation of qualifications
In addition to the written test, an evaluation of qualifications will be carried out. For the profile of Construction Technical Officer (Code 03), the assessable securities include:
- Graduation grade: up to 2.5 points (with an additional +0.5 points for honours)
- Additional qualifications (additional degrees, master’s degrees, qualifications, research doctorates): up to 3 points for each qualification
For the profile of Technical Assistant-Surveyor (Code 04), the evaluation criteria are similar, but based on the diploma qualification or higher level qualifications. In particular:
- Diploma grade: up to 6 points
- Absorbent degrees: up to 5.5 points, with +0.5 points for honors
- Master’s degrees, specialization diplomas, professional qualifications and research doctorates: variable scores up to 1.5 points
