The German manufacturer Gloria is renewing its range of professional sprayers with models dedicated to construction products, cleaning and foam projection.
Since 1947, theGerman Gloria develops and manufactures sprayers for the application of chemicals in constructioncleaning of surfaces and maintenance of exterior spaces. The family business has invested in the professional market since 1986 and has notably developed in the building sector thanks to GLODISits dedicated distribution network. It now claims nearly 70% of the German market and… displays a similar ambition in France!

In order to accelerate this implementation, Gloria is thoroughly reviewing its professional range. The manufacturer abandons the traditional classification of sprayers by capacity in favor of an organization by use; each family is thus associated with a type of product and seals specifically adapted to its formulation. This new logic, whose deployment is planned for fall 2026, is accompanied by a complete renewal of professional equipment. Among the new features are the PRO 500 and PRO 500 JETintended for the application of water-soluble chemicals on construction sites, as well as CLEAN 500 and FOAMCLEAN 300designed for cleaning operations.
These four models were presented to us in particular at the last Paris Builders Show, Porte de Versailles, in Paris.
A range organized around uses
The new organization is based on several families of applications, each associated with suitable sealing materials. For plant care, Gloria uses NBR seals; devices intended for biological weeding receive EPDM gaskets (ethylene-propylene-diene monomer)particularly suitable for formulations based on pelargonic or acetic acid. For DIY and exterior maintenance, the brand focuses on FKM ((fluorinated rubber)a material designed to resist solvents such as hydrocarbons.

Gloria sprayers have anti-kink protection for the hose and a reinforced base, which ensures their stability when filling and pumping. The quick-closing valve is equipped with a locking lever to maintain spraying without having to hold the trigger. A secure transport position also limits the risk of accidental loosening. Filling is made easy by a wide funnel with a handle and pouring spout, while the padded shoulder strap improves carrying comfort. © Laure Pophillat
This logic is found in the new professional range intended for construction and cleaning. Four references are particularly highlighted: PRO 500 and PRO 500 JET for construction chemical applicationsas well as the CLEAN 500 and FOAMCLEAN 300 for cleaning.
PRO 500: for intensive applications on site
With a filling capacity of 5 liters and FKM seals, the PRO 500 is intended forapplication of sprayable and water-soluble construction chemicalsbut also oils.

The PRO 500 has been equipped with a brass lance and a flat jet nozzle type 8002 E, with a spray angle of 80°. The maximum working pressure reaches 3 bars and the fabric-reinforced PVC pipe measures 1.80 m. © Laure Pophillat
Gloria also worked on the ergonomics of the device : revised pump handle, padded shoulder strap, base ensuring stability during pumping and filling, large hopper making filling operations easier or even a quick-closing valve that can be locked. The objective is clearly to respond to repeated uses rather than occasional use.
PRO 500 JET: a more accessible and more versatile solution
THE PRO 500 JET takes up the general principle of the PRO 500but with a plastic lance and nozzle. It maintains a capacity of 5 liters, FKM seals and a maximum pressure of 3 bars. Its particularity is due in particular to its 50 cm extension, which makes it easier to reach high or distant surfaces without having to change your working position.
Gloria mainly uses it for solvent-free products, primers and oils. For renovation work, the manufacturer also quotes theuse of the sprayer to facilitate the removal of wallpaper.
CLEAN 500: aggressive cleaning products in the viewfinder
With the CLEAN 500, Gloria tackles another type of professional use because, successor to the CLEANMASTER CM50, this 5 liter sprayer is designed for the application of acid and alkaline cleaning productsin an announced pH range of 2 to 12. The difference lies in particular in the joints, made in EPDM, but also in the lance like plastic nozzle resistant to acid products. The model also receives an extension allowing it to work more easily on surfaces located at height.
For the companies working on facades, paving or cleaning buildingsthis specialization is far from being secondary: it allows the equipment to be adapted to the products used, rather than looking for a device that is sufficiently versatile for all situations.

The CLEAN 500 has a 5 liter tank suitable for prolonged interventions. Its EPDM seals and quick-closing valve are designed to resist aggressive cleaning products, including acidic solutions such as hydrochloric, citric or hydrofluoric acids, as well as concrete strippers and facade and paving cleaners. To work on high surfaces, it is supplied with a 50 cm plastic lance extension, which allows you to reach difficult-to-access areas without using a stepladder. © Gloria
FOAMCLEAN 300: foam large surfaces
The fourth model, the FOAMCLEAN 300, succeeds the FOAMMASTER FM30 and also changes generation. Designed to project foam onto large flat surfaces, its tank can contain 3 liters of product, for a total volume of 5 liters including the air reserve necessary for the formation of regular foam. Its FKM seals are adapted to the formulations intended for this device. Its flat jet nozzle, with a spray angle of 110°, covers a large surface area with each pass, which reduces back and forth and intervention time on facades, slabs and other large surfaces.
Its interest is therefore above all operational since on a large flat surface, a larger spray width can reduce the number of passes necessary and therefore the time spent on application.
A new production line in Europe
The commercial overhaul is accompanied by a industrial investment announced by Gloria. The manufacturer indicates that it has committed several million euros to install a new production line in its Polish factory, dedicated to 3 to 5 liter sprayers; a relocation which allows Gloria to bring production closer to its markets, limit the distances traveled by products and, consequently, reduce their environmental impact, while gaining flexibility to adapt the volumes manufactured to needs. The new production line illustrates this increase in capacity, since it now makes it possible to make a spray every fifteen seconds.
Behind this overhaul, the issue therefore goes beyond the simple renewal of four references since Gloria clearly displays her ambitions: to become the leader professional spraying in France.
