The live online course Temporary and precarious external works and structures: building permits and case law – to be held Wednesday 10 April (9.30am-12.30pm) – is aimed at professionals (technical and legal, operators of technical offices, companies operating in the outdoor sector) who want to deepen and consolidate knowledge in the sector of furniture and external structures, usually classified as temporary and/or precarious, with the aim of identifying the any necessary building permits hey limits specified by the standards (primarily the Consolidated Construction Law) and jurisprudence.
The course will also include commentary and analysis of concrete casesrelationships with the landscape (landscape authorization) and the provisions of municipal regulations.
