The Operational Rules of the CER Decree
The directorial decree Operating Rules CER Decree it comes into force the day following its publication on the institutional website of the Ministrywhich took place on Friday 23 February 2024 and its adoption is given notice by publication of a notice in the Official Journal.
The Operational Rules are structured according to the different access regimes to the forms of valorisation and incentives provided for by the CACER Decree and the TIAD (Annex A to resolution 727/2022/R/eel) And they make up of the following parts:
- PART I – general overview;
- PART II – operating contributions;
- PART III – capital contribution;
- attachments;
- appendix.
